I just wanted to say how brilliant Christian and Andy were when they packed up our house. It was the hottest days of the summer in Nottingham when they were working and they were absolute superstars. They are a real credit to you. They certainly deserve some internal recognition in my opinion.

Also, Paula and Peter, you have been nothing but pleasant and professional throughout all of this and excellent at keeping us up to date.
