Richard – I was impressed by the care he took when packing my sons model railway layout and his thoughtfulness when dealing with my daughter’s teddy collection. Sam – he clearly paid attention to what he was doing, he didn’t just pack the whole drawer, he asked me when he came across something he thought I might need, keys being one example. Chis – he was very accommodating, he agreed to leave the tumble dryer till the last day and went the extra mile by removing the TV bracket from the wall for me. Dealing with the move on my own was quite difficult at times but the crews cheerful disposition made the whole experience much less stressful. Thanks.
